Reservation of Interest
For new students who are interested in attending our courses, there is now an added feature for reservation of interest. The launch of new classes are not guaranteed due to the pandemic and it is subject to availability.
By registering a “Reservation of Interest” you are in a queue for classes to begin.
Class Preference
Please notify Aerosim (HK) your preferred time for classes (AM or PM) during Reservation of Interest.
If time preference is not specified, classes will be automatically assigned to one by Aerosim(HK).
Class preference cannot be changed once selected.
Class formation
A class size range between the minimum of three pupils to a maximum of four pupils for optimum teaching quality.
Classes failing to reach three pupils will not start until it reaches the required number.
Any classes exceeding the maximum number will automatically be on the waiting list of the next class.
Classes
Notice for start of class
All students will be notified by a confirmation email 7 days prior to the start of the course.
The confirmation email will be sent from Aerosim(HK) via info@aerosim.com.hk
Payment
Attached with the confirmation email will be the invoice. Aerosim accepts payment method of credit card, bank in deposit or PayMe.
The payment for the course will be required within 3 working days of receiving the confirmation email
Failure to receive the payment in full will result in suspension until the payment has been made.
Weather
Classes in the morning and afternoon will be cancelled if:
Tropical Cyclone Signal No.8 or above OR Black Rainstorm Warning remains hoisted after 6:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m respectively;
OR
Tropical Cyclone Signal No.8 or above OR Black Rainstorm Warning is announced by the Hong Kong Observatory to be hoisted at/after 6:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. respectively.
Classes arrangements will be notified via Email.
Attendance
Aerosim(HK) encourage students who are registered to our program to attend all the classes.
Any missed classes will not be compensated.
Replacement classes
Replacement classes can be arranged for an additional a rate.
Aerosim(HK) will charge in addition to the tuition fee. Which is set at per lesson rate multiplied by two.
e.g if a student enrolled onto the Advanced course which is set at $2100 HKD for 5 lessons.
Per lesson rate is $420 ($2100/5). Therefore, a replacement classes will cost $840HKD

Swapping classes
Once the timeslot has been chosen, it cannot be changed for any reasons.
