3. What is the testing process of your products?

For the products we developed, our team of engineers and aviation professions will test the devices with industrial standards. To ensure the reliability of our products, we have teamed up with universities (HKU, CUHK) and industrial partners to carry out usability test, collect data for analysis and publish research papers to prove our learning effectiveness.

1. Is there any warranty for flight simulation products?

We are the designer, developed and manufacturer of the products. We know our devices from top-to-bottom and guarantee that the devices are sold with a warranty.

2. What if the device malfunctions?

Our team of engineers is always here to help. Through phone, online meetings,s and on-spot checks, our engineers are ready to fix any issue with your devices.

3. I have no flight experience, will I encounter a lot of difficulties when using your flight simulation devices?

Our team of engineers, pilots & educators have conducted rigorous usability tests. Our engineers have developed software programs which allow users to use our devices with the simulation program running automatically. With a single button in each scenario, users can start, restart and reset the scenario with ease. Users or institutions who have purchased our signature devices will receive free training, tutorial videos and after sales service.

1. What language is the training delivered in?

Courses are offered in both English & Chinese. We have teamed up with universities to create curriculums in both English & Chinese. Our team of instructors is able to deliver our course content in English & Chinese.

2. What are the qualifications of your instructors?

Our instructors’ team consists of pilots, aviation instructors, and permitted teachers who are devoted to delivering the most valuable training to students in various levels. They are equipped with professional aviation knowledge as well as teaching skills to facilitate the learning process.  Our training associates are required to undergo standardized training in aviation & teaching skills.

3. If my school/ organization is new to Aviation, is it possible for us to bring Aviation in?

We have different trial programs, training packages, and curriculum for organizations that love to bring aviation in but without much experience.

3. My organization has no experience in introducing aviation. How can I start to implement it?

A lot of our clients (schools & organizations) had no previous experience in conducting aviation training. However, since aviation is one of the main industries, there is always an ongoing interest and inherent value. We are able to provide our potential clients with high-end technology, curriculum & space design to form a total solution for aviation training.

1. Is it legal for me to use UAVs in Hong Kong?

There are different areas in a place where UAV is banned . For example, in Hong Kong areas around the airport and the flight route, Victoria harbour are banned for flying. One must pay attention to the aviation authority in the area and seek for official guidelines.

2. Do I need approval for commercial operations?

If you operate a drone for financial gains, this will be considered to be a “Commercial” flight.
In order to do this legally in any place, you are required to obtain operational approval in the local aviation authority. If you already work as a surveyor and your boss knows you have a drone and asks you to take some shots of a roof, you have to get approval. If you upload a film you’ve taken with your drone to YouTube and earn anything from it then, it’s also commercial. (APPROVAL FROM WHOM?)

3. Can I get professional UAV operations approval if I have no previous experience of flying drones?

Our UAV training courses are designed to be accessible from every level of experience, No prior knowledge or experience is required. We structure our training from essential safety operations, piloting, to engineer and application of technologies of UAV. You will not only know how to take basic video and photos with drone, but also practical technologies with UAV.

4. Does my company require insurance to operate UAV?

For any commercial operations, it is highly recommended to obtain public liability insurance for any UAV flying activity. It is important to obtain the right insurance as some standard policies will not cover you whilst flying.
